The « Ardèche le goût » agribusiness development centre is an association whose mission is to promote Ardèche gastronomy and food.
Its role is also to foster the development of Ardèche agribusinesses in fields such as marketing, export, communication, innovation, employment, training, local sourcing and quality.
This structure has more than 20 years’ experience of administering the Goûtez l’Ardèche® collective quality label and manages the Etapes savoureuses® – Ardèche, identifying agribusiness sites which open their doors to the general public.
Etapes savoureuses ® – Ardèche invite you to discover everything the Ardèche can offer in terms of agriculture, food and cooking. With the changing seasons, this label identifies and compiles the existing high-quality offering across the entire Ardèche region, allowing visitors to discover the history, heritage and culture of the Ardèche, while sharing unique moments with farmer-producers, artisans or small-scale food processing firms.
